Who should use Billabill?

Is Billabill right for you?

We have no idea, is it? What do you need? Let's start with what Billabill is really good at.

Time, Expense and Mileage tracking

Do you need to track time, expenses / costs, or mileage? If so, then keep reading.

It doesn't matter if you are tracking this for a client, for your own projects for the government ( like mileage ), for a community group, church, school, whatever.

iPhone, mobile, email or Instant Messaging?

Remember, the goal is to track things. There's no point in having a whiz-bang tool if you don't actually use it.

Billabill can be updated by any of these methods. The last thing you want to do at the end of day is "paperwork", so Billabill makes it dead easy to add events in various ways. You can either use "geek codes" to add things directly, or just use these tools to add reminders that you deal with the next time you login.

With all these options, there's no reason why you can't get into the daily habit of tracking things that need to be remembered.

Do you like things to be simple?

Billabill does not come with a manual. If it needed one, that would mean we've messed up!

Billabill is s-i-m-p-l-e, but also very powerful. There's very little extra stuff in here apart from tracking events, reporting on those events, and allowing other people "read only access" to them, like your clients for example.

Billabill aims at doing tracking - and doing it very well. Not project management, not accounting, and not folding your socks.. Just tracking, reporting on that tracking, and sharing the information with other people if you want.
